It's time for a time change. Please select the correct phone system
for step-by-step instructions on changing the time on your phone system.

ESI IVX Time Change Instructions
- Enter Programming Mode Press PROG/HELP, PARK, 4, 5, 6, (or new Administrator password), #
TO EXIT: Hang Up
- Press 1 for System Parameters
Press 4 to Set Date/Time
- Enter new time in a twelve-hour format.
EXAMPLE: Enter 1233 for 12:33 or 315 for 3:15
(Note: No Leading Zeros)
- Select AM or PM by pressing the scroll keys
- Enter a new date in an eight-digit format, including leading zeros. EXAMPLE: Enter 07042000 for July 4, 2000 (Note: That leading zeros are required here unlike step 3)

To set the date:
- Place the handset on hook.
- Press the Intercom button + # 651.
- Enter the date.*
- Press Redial
- Press Spkr.
* Dial year/month/day in the format YYMMDD. Enter a leading 0 for any single digit month or day.
To set the time:
- Place handset on hook.
- Press Intercom + #652
- Enter the time.*
- Press Redial.
- Press Spkr.
* Dial hour/minute/second in the 24-hour clock format HHMMSS. Enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered.
To set the day:
- Place the handset on hook.
- Dial Intercom 653.
- Dial the day.*
* 1= Sunday 2= Monday 3= Tuesday 4= Wednesday 5= Thursday 6= Friday 7= Saturday |

NEC DS1000/2000 Time and Date Change
- Go to extension 300. (Usually the reception
phone. Press 6 on any idle telephone
and the extension number will appear in the display).
- Press #TD (#83) for Time/Date.
- Current time will appear in the display. Enter time in 24-hour clock
using the following format: (HHMMSS) Hours (2 digits),
Minutes (2 digits) and Seconds (2 digits)
- Press HOLD
- Current date will appear in the display.
If the date is correct you may
press HOLD then SPK to exit programming OR Enter date using the following
format: (MMDDYYYY) Month (2 digits), Day
(2 digits) and Year (4 digits)
- Press HOLD then SPK.
